Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because all Hard Copy products are made to order, our return policy is as follows:
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Please include photos of the issue and your order number.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Size Exchanges
Because items are produced on demand, we're unable to offer size exchanges. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll respond within 48 hours.
