Production Time

All Hard Copy products are made to order. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order enters production.

Delivery Time

After production, shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and carrier link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 business days of your order, contact us.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, email us at support@hardcopyapparel.comand we'll investigate with the carrier.
